He further submits that the said proceedings is pending from the year 2022 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the aforesaid proceedings. 4.In view of the above submission, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the proceedings in D.V.C.No.33 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases.
