KAMAL ORAL ORDER This petition seeking review of the order dated 25.09.2018 passed in W.P.No.40537/2018 and W.P.Nos.40697-40704/2018 on the allegations of suppression of facts by the respondent herein in the said writ petitions regarding the respondent and his family members having earlier unsuccessfully challenged to the acquisition proceedings and having sought for enhancement of compensation, which if the respondent had disclosed, would disentitle him from the allotment of sites in terms of the order referred to in the impugned order. 2. After hearing Sri. Murguesh V. Charati, learned counsel for the petitioner-BDA and Sri. K.N Phaneendra, learned Senior counsel appearing for Smt. Leela P. Devadiga, learned counsel for the respondent and on perusing the records, this Court do not see any reasons to interfere with the order under its review jurisdiction, inasmuch as no grounds pointing any errors apparent on - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:5630 RP No. 14 of 2020 the face of the record are made out warranting interference. 3. It is to be noted that the petitioner indeed had approached the Division Bench of this Court against the order now sought to be reviewed herein and the said writ appeal is stated to have been dismissed. It is settled position of law, re-hearing of the matter under the guise of the review petition is not permissible. 4.
