J UGRANARASIMHA The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 5th respondent at the instance of respondents 6 and 7 in repeatedly insisting the petitioner and his family members to appear before his authority and yield to the terms of respondents 6 and 7 by delivering their house and site properties admeasuring Ac. 0.66 cents in RS No. 1101/3 corresponding to Old RS No. 589/3 of Kodapa Village, H/o. Komaragiripatnam Village, Allavaram Mandal of East Godavari District, in favour of respondents 6 and 7, as illegal, irregular, irrational, without any authority of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with the petitioner's life, liberty and property.” 2.
