Learned counsel for the petitioners may implead the District Magistrate, Ghazipur as respondent no.4 during the course of the day. 2. Supplementary Affidavit filed today be kept on record. 3. An order was passed on 26.7.2024 in favour of respondent no.3. Thereafter the petitioners filed a Recall Application on 26.8.2024. However, realizing that the Recall Application was not maintainable, an Appeal was filed on 17.9.2024. The grievance of the petitioners is that the appeal was not being decided. 4. Without going into the merits of the case, we direct that the appeal filed by the petitioners be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 5.
