The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of 'Mandamus' commanding and directing the respondent authorities to conduct impartial and transparent demarcation to demarcate Gata No. 508/0.046 Hectare recorded as banjar land in revenue records situated at village Bhartha Roshangarh, Pargana and Tehsil Bhinga, District Shrawasti, and to remove illegal encroachment/unauthorized constructions raised by the Respondent No. 6 to 12 from the aforesaid Gram Sabha and public utility land, in the interest of justice." 3. Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code have already been initiated. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed off with direction to the authority concerned to conclude the said proceeding preferably within a period of ninety days.
