Panchayat Raj (Maintenance of Family Registers) Rules, 1970, but the application which has been submitted by the petitioner, as annexed, is to the Chief Development Officer. The petitioner should move an application before the competent authority, and if it is moved and there is no legal impediment, then the same can be considered as per law, but with expedition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
