PWD, Indora, and a copy of o0ce order dated 11.11.2025, passed by Engineer-in-Chief, HPPWD, Shimla-2. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the same reveals that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. 3. Since this Court had only given the directions to decide the representation made by the petitioner (Annexure P-9), in light of judgment passed in CWPOA No.6468 of 2020 (wrongly mentioned as CWP No.6468 of 2020), titled, Uggam Ram vs. State of H.P. and others, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings.
