However, considering that the petitioner only seeks for a direction to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, the writ petition is allowed directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
