Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order dated 30.05.2023 passed by the Writ Court in Writ-A No.524/2023; Rustam Khan and Ors. Vs. State of U.P. & Ors. has been willfully defied by the opposite parties. Therefore, they should be summon and punished accordingly. 3. Considering the submission of counsel for the applicant as well as contents of present application, it is evident that from the order dated 30.05.2023 that there is no direction issued by the Writ Court, therefore, the present application is misconceived and liable to be dismissed. 4.
