While so based on the said agreement, there is a dispute between the private respondent and said Sundar. Therefore, the private respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner and the said Sundar, based on the same, the third respondent frequently called the petitioner by interfering with the civil dispute. Therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 08.04.2025, but the same has not been considered. 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P(MD)No.7051 of 2025 Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner. They will conduct enquiry upon the fourth respondent's complaint and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order. 5.According to the petitioner, the third respondent harassed him under the guise of enquiry.
