The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the representation dated 14.03.2025 and 07.03.2025 and also seeking protection against the respondent Nos.5 and 6. 2 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the father of the 1st petitioner has filed a complaint alleging woman missing and the 6th respondent has registered a case in Crime No.49 of 2025 on 20.02.2025 at 02:00 P.M., and took up investigation. It is submitted that the 6th respondent contacted the petitioners over phone and after having been informed that the 1st petitioner is a major and has married the 2nd petitioner and for the purpose of investigation only, they have been called to the police station. 4. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 5.
