Issue a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite party no. 1 to decide the pending Claim Petition No. 1951/2022 expeditiously." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, the petitioner is directed to move an application for early hearing of the matter before the Tribunal, which shall be considered in accordance with law considering the age of the petitioner, who is aged about 69 years. 4.
