Learned counsel for the respondent submits that twice notice was issued to the applicant to appear before the respondent for submission of his grievance but he did not appear, thereafter, decision has been taken on 9.7.2025. 5. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, going through the contents of the order passed by the writ court as well as order dated 9.7.2025 passed by the respondent, this Court is of the view that decision of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, present contempt application is dismissed.
