Bharati Sharma is present. 3. Both the parties have agreed and settle their dispute to an amount of Rs.73,21,840/-(Rupees Seventy Three Lacs Twenty One Thousand Eight Page No.# 3/3 Hundred and Forty), out of which an amount of Rs.35,28,500/- (Rupees Thirty Five Lacs Twenty Eight Thousand and Five Hundred) has been deposited. The remaining amount may be withdrawn by the claimant from the Registry of this Court after proper verification of the claimant by the Registry of this Court. 4. The Insurer is to deposit the balance amount (subject to TDS) of Rs.37,93,340/- (Rupees Thirty Seven Lacs Ninety Three Thousand Three Hundred and Forty) inclusive of interest before the Registry of this Court within six weeks from today. 5. The Insurer is allowed to withdraw the statutory deposit which was deposited before the Registry of this Court. 6. In terms of the above observation, this appeal stands disposed of.
