Present petition is filed for the following main relief: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus commanding the opp. Parties concerned to produce the detenue/petitioner before this Hon'ble court after getting her released from the illegal detention of the opp. parties concerned and after taking her statement she may be allowed to live and reside with her husband and family members of her husband in the interest of justice." 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that under the order dated 8.4.2025 of the Child Welfare Committee, the petitioner- Sadhana alias Sadhana Yadav was found to be minor and she is in the custody of her parents. A copy of the said order is provided to learned counsel for the petitioner today in Court. 4. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw present petition with liberty to challenge the said order or take appropriate remedy as permissible under law. 5. With the aforesaid liberty, present petition is consigned to record as withdrawn. .
