The petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order and judgment passed by the writ Court in SWP No. 2675/2013 dated December 11, 2013. Whereby, the respondent-authorities were directed to consider the case of the petitioner on the basis of recommendations made by Headmaster, Government High School, Garkhal, Akhnoor and in light of SRO 308 of 2008 dated 16.10.2008 provided the petitioner is eligible and pass appropriate consideration order within a specified period. 02. Learned counsel for the respondents has furnished the order dated 17.11.2015 passed by the Chief Education Officer, Jammu, stating therein that the case of the petitioner stands considered on the basis of the recommendations made by Headmaster, Government High School, Garkhal, Akhnoor and in light of SRO 308 of 2008 dated 16.10.2008, and the same is accepted. Copy of the order is placed on record. 03. That being so, nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
