Further, by proceedings dated 18.03.2026, orders have been issued with respect to leave/half pay leave and other monetary benefits. In that view of the matter, it is stated that petitioner is being extended with the necessary benefits upon revision of pay scales, which is in compliance with the orders passed by this Court. 2 CGR, J C.C. No.2190 of 2025 2. Learned counsel for petitioner did not dispute or deny the same, however, it is stated that petitioner has yet to receive the monetary benefits in terms of aforesaid orders sanctioning the respective benefits. 3. The sum and substance of directions issued by the Court, in the opinion of this Court, have been taken care of. The respondents are expected to follow up and ensure that the monetary benefits flow to the petitioner in terms of aforesaid sanction orders. 4. Accordingly, this contempt case stands closed.
