Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:21911-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 3572 of 2025 Petitioner :- Dhanapata Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Technical Education Lko. Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Seema Upadhyay Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that her son has died in harness. She i.e. the petitioner, and her daughter-in-law, both have applied for compassionate appointment. However, as a succession certificate was required, therefore, the petitioner has applied for the same and the proceedings are pending. In the interregnum, the Sanjay Gandhi Government Polytechnic Jagdishpur, Amethi is proceeding to consider the daughter-in- law i.e. opposite party no. 4 for compassionate appointment. The writ petition has been filed essentially aggrieved by the aforesaid fact and the submission was that the opposite party no. 4 should not be considered till the succession proceedings are not concluded. We fail to understand as to how we can intervene in such a matter at this stage. Whatever rights, if any, the petitioner has, she can pursue it before the aforesaid institute, as per law. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
