Since the present petition is to challenge the First Information Report and now after elaborate investigation final report was also filed, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report, as there are averments to constitute the offence as per the First Information Report. Therefore this Criminal Original Petition stands closed preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
