JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL-JUDGE ORDER 08.11.2025 Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of the disciplinary proceedings as well as the order passed by Vice President-HR. It is being submitted by him that the petitioner9s grievance is that no decision has been taken with regard to his period of suspension. However, it is submitted by counsel for respondents that the period of suspension from 18.04.2015 to 10.09.2015 has been treated as dies non and, as such, decision regarding the said period has already been taken even before filing of this writ petition. Copy of disciplinary proceedings is taken on record. In view of this, it is submitted that this petition has become infructuous. Mr. Danish appearing vice Mr. Nisar Ahmad submits that petitioner may be given liberty to seek appropriate remedy if available regarding the same. This petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case petitioner has any grievance he can seek recourse of the remedy as may be available to him under law.
