He would submit that the writ petition has rendered infructuous. The petition is defective. It was initially filed on 10.12.2024. For the last six months, despite opportunity, defects have not been cured. Today, a statement is given by the learned counsel for the respondent bank that the writ petition has rendered infructuous.
