CORAM: HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORDER 19.12.2025 Vide order dated November 07, 2013, the petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of by the Writ Court in the following terms: “(i) Respondent no: 2 shall consider claim of the petitioner for release of enhanced salary on the touch stone of rules and policy governing the field. (ii) Respondents while considering the case of the petitioner shall also take into consideration the case of similarly situated drivers whose salary has been enhanced. (iii) Consideration shall be effected and decision taken within a period of two months from the date copy of this order is served on the respondents. Disposed of accordingly.” Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, has drawn attention of the Court to the statement of facts/compliance report filed on behalf of the respondents and submits, for, the order dated November 07, 2013 (ibid) stands complied with in letter and spirit, nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
