Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Additional Civil Judge (JD) South, Court No. 29, Sultanpur to decide the case of the petitioners bearing Original Suit No. 884/1999, Ram Adhar & others Vs. Ram Pal and others, expeditiously and within a reasonable period of time as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 1999, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
