No one appeared on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision. However, Sri Aajy Kumar Srivastava, learned AGA is present in the Court. 2. This criminal revision seeking bail has been filed under Section 102 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 (in short "Act of 2000") against the order dated 27.04.2022, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 13, POCSO Act II, Unnao in Criminal Appeal No.21 of 2022, which was preferred against the order dated 22.02.2022, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Unnao in Bail Application arising out of Case Crime No.268 of 2020, under Sections- 323, 504, 506, 376(D) I.P.C., Police Station- Makhi, District- Unnao. 3. This Court vide order dated 25.08.2025, after taking note of the fact that the instant revision relates to enlargement of revisionist on bail, directed the Senior Registrar of this Court to provide the status of the present case. 4. In compliance of this Court's order dated 25.08.2025, Additional Session Judge Court No.13/Special Judge POCSO Act, Unnao (in short "Special Judge") has sent report dated 28.08.2025 to this Court, which reads as under:- "सादर अवगत कराना है िक माननीय न्यायालय के द्वारा उपरोक्त िवषयक के बावत अद्यतन िस्थित के सम्बन्ध में आख्या आहूत की गयी है। मेरे द्वारा सम्बिन्धत पत्रावली का अवलोकन Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Suman Lata, Amit Kumar, Anita Singh, Kumar Ayush Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Mithlesh Singh Narayan @ Narayana (Minor) Thru. Father Rajjan Pasi .....Revisionist(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home, Lko And Another .....Opposite Party(s) िकया गया । पत्रावली के अवलोकन से िविदत है िक पत्रावली बाल न्यायालय एवं िवशेष न्यायाधीश पॉस्को एक्ट / अपर िजला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश कोटर् सं0 11 उन्नाव के द्वारा िदनांक 15.07.2025 को िनणर्य पािरत िकया जा चुका है और िकशोर को अपराध सं० 268/2020 िवशेष सत्र वाद सं० 1309/2021 राज्य प्रित नारायण अन्तगर्त 376डी,323,504,506 भा०दं०सं० में दोषमुक्त िकया जा चुका है ।" 5. Taking note of the above quoted report of the Special Judge dated 28.08.2025, the instant revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
