Cause shown in the accompanying affidavit is found satisfactory. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid prayer of learned counsel for the applicant. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The present application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh.
