Considering the fact that the enforcement of the order passed by the Tribunal is sought, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to approach the Registrar Cooperative Societies by filing an appropriate application who shall take steps for enforcement of the order passed by the Tribunal in accordance with law.
