Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:17755 Court No. - 6 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 1000013 of 2005 Petitioner :- Khaliqur Rehman Respondent :- Smt. Uma Rani And 4 Ors. Counsel for Petitioner :- S.K.Mehrotra, Sagheer Hasan, Sameer Kalia, Siraj Ahmad Khan Counsel for Respondent :- R.K. Srivastava, Ankit Srivastava Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. 1. None turned up on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition even in the revised call. Sri Ankit Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents is present. 2. An illness slip has been sent by one of the counsel Sri Sagheer Hasan, however, as the matter is of the year 2005, I am not inclined to adjourn the case, more so when three other Advocates are shown in the list, who are not present in the Court. 3. Both the Courts below have recorded finding of fact that the eviction was sought after service of notice. It is also recorded there there was a default in payment of the rent, thus on both the grounds, the order was passed for eviction. 4. Considering the fact that finding of fact has been recorded, I do not see any reason to interfere. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
