This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to direct the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Prohibition and Excise, Kurnool to dispose of Crl.M.P.(CFR) No.141 of 2019 in C.C.No.1925 of 2018.
2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that Crl.M.P.(CFR).No.141 of 2019 in C.C.No.1925 on the file of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Prohibition and Excise, Kurnool is still pending for adjudication and requested this Court to direct the aforesaid court to dispose of the same at the earliest.

In view of the fact that Crl.M.P.(CFR).No.141 of 2019 in C.C.No.1925 on the file of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Prohibition and Excise, Kurnool is still pending for adjudication, instead of keeping the criminal petition pending, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the same by directing the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Prohibition and Excise, Kurnool to dispose of the Crl.M.P.(CFR) No.141 of 2019 in C.C.No.1925 of 2018, if not yet disposed, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
4. Accordingly, this criminal petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition, shall stand closed. ____________________
