Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Standing counsel for the respondents. 2. By means of the instant writ petition the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the opposite parties no.1 to 8 deliver the possession of U.P. Consolidation of Holding Act, 1953 under section 28 in land Khata no.s 955, 44 and 1160 the Consolidation Officer order passed on dated 30.12.2024 and 03.01.2025 to the petitioners as contained in Annexure no.s 1 to 4 to this writ petition. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus direct the opposite party no.s 1 to 8 decide the representation of the petitioner on dated 09.3.2025 and 11.3.2025 pending before them as contained in Annexure No.12 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice." 3. After arguing the matter at some length learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted his prayer for grant of relief No.2 to which learned Standing counsel does not object. 4. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to opposite party No.5 i.e. Assistant Consolidation Officer, Kadipur, District Sultanpur to decide representation of the petitioner dated 09.3.2025 and 11.3.2025, as contained in Annexure No.12 to the writ petition expeditiously, say within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him in accordance with law, if thee is no legal impediment.
