Mohd, Anas Advocate, has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of opp. party no.2 today in Court, which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and Mohd. Anas, learned counsel for opp. party no.2. 3. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the charge sheet dated No.50 of 2014, dated 18.08.2014 in Case No.269 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No.38 of 2014, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 354 Ka, 511 & 427 I.P.C. P.S. Sirauli Ghauspur, District Barabanki 4. It has been contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the opp. party no. 2 lodged an F.I.R. against the applicants which was registered as Case Crime No.38 of 2014, under Sections 452, 323, 504,, 354 Ka, 511 and 427 I.P.C., P.S. Sirauli Ghauspur, District Barabanki. It is contended that the parties had amicably settled their dispute and entered into a compromise, and the applicants filed Crl. Misc. 482 Cr.P.C. Application No. 2119 of 2025 before this Court for quashing the entire proceedings of against the applicants on the basis of said compromise, and this Court vide order dated 07.03.2025 disposed off the said application directing the parties to appear before the Court Below for verification of the compromise. He submits that in pursuance of the said order, both the parties appeared before the Court Below, on which the learned Magistrate verified the compromise entered into between the parties vide order dated 12.03.2025, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-1 (at page-15) to the present application, hence the proceeding against the applicants be quashed. 5. Mohd. Anas, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has admitted the fact of the compromise. 6. Accordingly, the present Application U/S 482 is disposed off in terms of compromise entered into between the parties, and the criminal case is also quashed.
