Heard learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Shri Rajeeva Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the respondent, while filing short counter affidavit duly sworn by the respondent-Mr. Ravi Ranjan, Managing Director, U.P. State Agro Industrial Corporation Ltd., Lucknow, informs that the order of the writ Court has been complied with, as the decision has already been taken by the respondent on 03.07.2025 on the representation of the applicant, which is annexed as CA 1 to the short counter affidavit. It is, thus, submitted that the application has lost its efficacy and may be dismissed. The short counter affidavit is taken on record. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent and going through the order of the writ Court as well as contents of the short counter affidavit, the application stands dismissed as infructuous. 4. However, it is always open to the applicant to avail appropriate remedy against the order dated 03.07.2025 passed by the respondent, before the appropriate forum.
