Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 29.03.2025 whereby the financial and administrative powers of the petitioner have been ceased. 3. Considering the reasoning recorded, there is no reason to interfere with the impugned order. However, the final enquiry which is said to have been initiated shall be concluded positively within a period of four months. In case the enquiry is not concluded, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this court for quashing of the order impugned herein. 4.
