Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in respect of PRC Case No.110/2025, pending in the Court of Page No.# 2/2 the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dhemaji. 3. The petitioner Shri Kampon Ko Mili @ Tankeswar Mili failed to appear before the Trial Court, in response of the summons, therefore Trial Court directed issue of bailable warrant of arrest against him. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is interested in facing the Trial, he should be given adequate opportunity to that effect. 5. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides. 6. The prayer of the petitioner is allowed. 7. The orders directing warrant of arrests bailable or non-bailable are set aside. 8. The petitioner Shri Kampon Ko Mili @ Tankeswar Mili is directed to appear before the Trial Court on 03.06.2025. 9. On his appearance, he shall be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dhemaji. 10.
