This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 16.10.2024, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.0275 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 & 471 of IPC, registered at Police Station Aliganj, District Lucknow. 3. After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to seek appropriate legal remedy before the appropriate court or authority as per permissible under law. 4.
