Application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed seeking transfer of Case No.379 of 2023 instituted by opposite party under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from district Sultanpur to Pratapgarh. 3. Learned counsel for opposite party on the basis of instuctions submits that opposite party does not have any problem with the case being transferred to Pratapgarh. 4. In view thereof, Case No.379 of 2023 (Rajesh Kumar v. Pushpa Yadav) pending before Principal Judge, Family Court, Sultanpur shall stand transferred to the court of competent jurisdiction at Pratapgarh. 5. The application therefore stands allowed.
