Harish Government Advocate 1/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 2070 of 2025 ORDER The Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned Refusal Check bearing No.RFL/Shoolagiri/4/2024 dated 28.12.2024 and consequently direct the respondent to register the Sale Deed dated 28.12.2024 in favour of the petitioner. 2. However, sale deeds have been executed in favour of the petitioner's father under Document Nos.3194 / 1974 and 2359 / 1976. It is these documents that have been referred to in the sale deed in favour of Arupunisa. The sale deed in favour of the petitioner's father was much prior in point in time. Therefore, the rejection on this ground is not sustainable. 3. In the light of the Judgement passed by this Court in Ramayee - Vs - The Sub Registrar and others - (2020 (6) CTC 697), the impugned order cannot be sustained. 4. In the above circumstances, the Writ Petition is allowed and 3/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 2070 of 2025 impugned order dated 28.12.2024 is set aside. The petitioner is directed to represent the sale deed along with a copy of the order of this Court before the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation, the document shall be registered.
