Notice. Ms. Menka Raj Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. Petitioner has prayed for following substantive relief:-
“ That the retirement of the petitioner at the age of 58 years, on 31.01.2018 may be held to be illegal and against the law declared by this Hon’ble State of H.P. and others and the petitioner may be held to be retired at the age of 60 years.”
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the petitioner has not filed any representation to her employer for the redressal of her grievance. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
4. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that as soon as the petitioner prefers a representation to the respondents/competent authority, the same shall be decided, in accordance with law, by the respondents/competent authority, within a reasonable time.
