This writ petition has been filed with the following relief(s): " a. a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash impugned First Information Report registered at Case Crime No. 0044/2025, under Sections 419, 420, 352, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Ashoha, District Unnao dated 03.04.2025 lodged by the opposite party No.4 against the petitioner and others which is contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. b. a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding to the Opposite Parties No. 1 and 2 not to arrest to petitioners in First Information Report registered at Case Crime No. 0044/2025, Under Sections 419, 420, 352, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Asoha, District Unnao dated 03.04.2025 lodged by opposite party No.4 against the petitioners and others." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate court in accordance with law. 4.
