It appears that the auction of shops were proposed by the Gram Panchayat. Complaints were made before the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Rajnadgaon. The said authority sent a letter to the Additional Collector cum Nodal Officer to put the shops for auction according to the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Transfer of Real Estate) Rules,1994 and that order has been challenged. 3. There is no interim order in favour of the petitioner and the order was passed on 22.12.2020. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and there is no interim order in favour of the petitioner.
