Learned Senior Counsel on the basis of instructions received from Secretary, H.P. Vidhan Sabha, dated 20.05.2025, informs the Court that necessary order has already been passed by the Authority in compliance to the directions passed by the Court. The copy of the order is appended with the instructions.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has perused the same and he submits that he is satisfied with the order passed by the appropriate Authority. The instructions are taken on record.

In view of the above, the petition stands closed. It goes without saying that the actual monetary benefits to which the petitioner is entitled to be released in his favour as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from today.
