And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Katyayan Mishra,Dhananjai Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondents. The petition has been filed with the following prayer:-
"Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of the mandamus whereby directing the opposite parties to consider the petitioner against the post of Anganwadi Karykatri at Village Chukhadiya, Block Pisawan, District Sitapur through application 15.04.2024 filed by the petitioner." Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of written instructions, has submitted that the seat in question is reserved for the EWS category. Since the petitioner does not belong to the EWS category, she was found ineligible for consideration for the post of Anganwari Karyakatri on this particular seat in light of the Government Order dated 09.04.2025. Furthermore, no other candidate has been found eligible, and therefore, the seat remains vacant. In view of the above and considering that the seat is reserved for the EWS category, to which the petitioner does not belong, the writ petition, being devoid of merit, is hereby dismissed. The written instructions provided by the learned Standing Counsel are taken on record. Order Date :- 16.4.2025 R.C.
