Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue an order or direction to the o.p. no. 1 (Civil Judge, Avar Khand, Kadipur, Sultanpur) to decide the pending Case No. 440 of 2021 (Sambhunath Vs. Rama Dubey) filed for permanent injunction before the Civil Judge, Avar Khand, Kadipur, Sultanpur, expeditiously within a stipulated period." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
