Sadar Court No. 30 Pratapgarh to decide the Application under Order 39 Rule 1 C.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in the Original Suit No. 242 of 2023 "Smt. Lalti Devi Versus Dileep Kumar & others", pending since 8.2.2023, expeditiously as soon as possible and direct the parties to maintain the status quo over the land in question." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
