The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was allowed to go on interim bail, by this Court, by order dated 02.06.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner, namely, Akabber Ali has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Case Diary of Kharupetia P.S. Case No. 21/2025 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 180 of the BNSS, 2023 has been recorded. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to them, by order dated 02.06.2025 is hereby made absolute, with the following conditions:- i. That the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation; and ii. That the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person who may be acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade such person from disclosing such facts of the case before the Investigating Officer. 5.
