Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing/Commanding the Opposite party No. 2 i.e. Additional District Magistrate, Balrampur to decide the Application for renewal of License of the petitioner Bearing N.P Bore Revolver /Pistal No-3987/2012 Boucher No-P1189 Dated 14.05.2013. filed by the petitioner before the Additional District Magistrate on 02.09.2024 within stipulated time as provided Under the Regulation 24 of Arms the Rule 2016 which is still pending before the aforesaid authority till dated. contained as ANNEXURE No. 1 to this writ petition." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
