Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:18422-DB Court No. - 1 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 1539 of 2020 Petitioner :- State Of U.P.Through Prin.Secy.Department Of Labour And Ors. Respondent :- Manoj Jauhri And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- C.S.C. Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Amit Kumar,Birendra Kumar Yadav Hon'ble Attau Rahman Masoodi,J. Hon'ble Rajeev Singh,J. Learned counsel for the State at the very outset has informed that after institution of the present writ petition in the month of January, 2020 arising out of the impugned judgment/order passed by the Tribunal on 23.01.2019 in Claim Petition No.1935 of 2016, an order has been passed by the Director, Employment and Training, U.P. Lucknow on 27.11.2020 whereby the matter has been considered and decided as per the directions issued by the State Services Tribunal. Thus, the impugned judgment passed by the Tribunal has been carried out and for the reason the writ petition has lost its efficacy. In the circumstances of the case, if an employee is aggrieved by the order dated 27.11.2020, he has an opportunity to assail the same in appropriate forum. This, however, does not suggest that we have unsettled any observation recorded by the Tribunal in its order dated 23.01.2019 passed in the aforementioned claim petition. With the aforesaid clarification, the writ petition having lost its efficacy is consigned to record. .
