In view of the proposed order being passed, notices to respondent No.6 is dispensed with. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 5. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "Issue writ, order, direction, or command in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondent for deciding the objections dated 04.03.2025 and 18.03.2025, expeditiously preferably within 15 days, in the interest of justice and the copy of objection/representation is annexed as Annexure no.1 with the writ petition." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the objections filed by the petitioner against the selection of Seetu Jaiswal opposite party No.6 is pending disposal and the same may be directed to be decided to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Perused the record. Considering the above and without entering into the merit of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 i.e. District Program Officer to consider and decide the objections dated 04.03.2025 and 18.03.2025 of the petitioner which are on record collectively as Annexure No.1 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
