Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 14.08.2025, respondent No.5 appeared in person and pleaded that the order of this Court is complied with and the non-appearance on the earlier occasion is only because of the official duty and requested to consider the same. In view of the compliance reported by respondent No.5, the presence of respondent No.5 is hereby dispensed with. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the respondents have complied with the order dated 11.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29582 of 2023, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
