By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.275 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 420 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal. 4. Mr. Shakti Singh, learned counsel had instructions to appear on behalf of respondent no.3 in the present case. He is permitted to appear before this Court and he may file his ‘Vakalatnama’ during the course of the day. 5. Learned counsel for the State submits that after investigation, the final report has been submitted against the petitioners on 10.04.2025. 6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State, nothing survives to be decided in this petition, therefore, the criminal writ petition is hereby closed. 7. However, it is open to the petitioners to challenge the final report in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate court. 8. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
