NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner sought for a direction to the trial court to pass orders on the Commissioner’s report dated 21.02.2013 in FDP No.101/2012. 2. In view of the above, service of notice to the respondents is not necessary. 3. On the basis of the preliminary decree for partition, the parties have filed the final decree proceedings before the competent court in FDP No.101/2012. On the directions of the Court, the Commissioner has been appointed and the Commissioner submitted the report on 21.02.2013. Pursuant to the Commissioner’s report, the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:6136 WP No. 773 of 2025 parties have filed objections. The court has not passed any order on the Commissioner’s report. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the trial court is directed to consider the objections filed by the parties to the Commissioner’s report and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 5.
